Scrolling Text Marquee

  1. Open a new image and set the image to 20 high by 400 wide.

  2. Select the Type tool. Type in a long text statement that to scroll, select the Arial Black font at 12 pt. Then type a long sentence; for example "The Weather is hot and muggy in the summer but cold and dry in the winter."  Use the arrow tool to move this text to the right of the stage..

  3. Click on frame 200 and hit your F6 key to insert a keyframe. Use the arrow tool to move the text to the left of the stage, but at the same horizontal location.

  4. Click on any frame between 1 and 200; then right click and select "Create Motion Tween".
